Many thanks for your reply to my offline request. As you will have seen I subsequently placed an order. I feel it really important to comment on that order and the overall quality of service from East Coast Kitchens.
In just a few words the service has been exceptional and I was amazed that the pull out trays arrived earlier this afternoon. The delivery driver also followed the delivery instructions and phoned for directions to save him getting lost. I know it sounds simple but so often these little things let the side down. No such schoolboy errors from East Coast.
Overall your company has given excellent and rapid service and delivered a quality product. Brilliant and thanks.

Having sent a photo of the Earthstone sample standing on my existing worktop and Amanda could see the worktop sample didn't really match my worktop and I needed a Pastel Melange colour finish.
I now have a perfectly matched breakfast bar "island" with a continuous length doubling my worktop space and drawer space with an extra 75% of cupboard capacity - all due to East Coast Kitchens detective work.
"We were delighted with our EVOline purchase from East Coast Ltd - very fast despatch and a great quality product. Unfortunately we had an issue with the product after about 6 months whereby one of the USBs stopped working.
We contacted East Coast Ltd to enquire about a replacement or repair under warranty, expecting to have the usual to and fro e-mails, however East Coast Ltd immediately responded that they had already shipped out a replacement to us the same day and would arrange collection of the faulty unit - now that's what you call service!! East Coast Kitchen impressed me when I first contacted them over 12 months ago. This was enhanced when I contacted them about a broken sink basket strainer. Even after 13 months use they arranged for me to be sent a replacement and I even got a spare as well. The replacements were delivered the day after I first enquired. First class service.

I bought a Thomas Denby 1.5 ceramic sink and waste fittings (premium drainer/plug set) and it is beautiful, a really nice size- deep and substantial for an undermount sink. The order arrived within a few days and post order customer service was excellent when I had a query. A really good company and beautiful fittings. It really sets off my cottage kitchen.
