Closed 24th – 25th & 26th December. Open 10-4 Friday & Saturday 27/28th December.
Normal hours resume Monday 9am 2nd January 2020.
Please note any orders placed over the Xmas period will not be dispatched until 2nd jan when we return to the office
Please note that to guarantee pre Christmas delivery, orders will need to be placed before Thursday 19th December @ 12 noon and a next day service selected.
Certain brands such as Clearwater, Shaws, Gessi, V &B etc. The last day for dispatch will be Monday 16th December @ 12 noon to guarantee pre Christmas delivery.

Delivery Terms & Customer Information
Eastcoast Kitchens & Bedrooms try and offer delivery choices for our customers. We will aim to release parcels ASAP but the below lead times will help us to keep delivery costs to a minimum. Wherever possible, we will try & dispatch immediately but as we distribute products from various locations to enable a varied site, we may need to bring the items to one location before dispatch. Enabling more single deliveries for our customers.
Please note that any delivery service selected is an estimation & not a guaranteed service. Our next day service is offered in good faith but sometimes problems do occur.
Delivery charges : Excluding some Orange, Green (BT) or isles on the map areas
Economy £5.95 : May take up to 7 working days to arrive
Express £7.95 : May take up to 5 working days to arrive
Next Working Day (Mon to Fri – Certain products/locations only) : £10.74, 1-2 Working Days to arrive. Dependent on time order placed, please place order before noon for next day parcels.
Certain Granite sinks available on a next working day service @ £18.00 Please call for details on areas covered
Certain Ceramic sinks available on a next working service @ £54.00 (Pallet service) Please call for info.
A collection service for certain ceramic returns may be possible but due to the material, weight & insurance, this starts from £60.00 per collection.

International sales are welcome, please email with products required and we will do our best to accommodate and offer a delivery service & competitive price. Please note that certain products due to the materials or weight may not be suitable for shipment, however any products are available on a collection only basis.
Free Delivery Exclusions :
Please note: Certain ceramic, granite or glass sinks are delivered via our suppliers on their own transport to enable a safe & secure arrival. They only deliver to certain areas of England & unfortunately delivery is only available on our Free delivery terms up to & including CA Carlisle/NE Newcastle.
Some areas are on a two day delivery, i.e may be Tuesday or Wednesday etc.

Delivery may be possible to areas above Carlisle on alternative delivery methods : Granite sinks @ £18 or ceramic sinks @ £54.00 which would arrive on a pallet. Please check with us that your location would be possible. In certain areas this may be on a two-working day run.
Pallets may also be used on large items, such as Kessebohmer & pantry storage if this is not suitable, please contact us before ordering.
Any shipping fee includes handling, packing & postage costs per order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will then apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Certain products may not be available on a next working day service online. If you require a product quicker than stated online, please call the helpful team and we would be happy to obtain a quote for you if possible.
Failed delivery owing to the customer's absence from the delivery address on two or more occasions or the order is rejected for whatever reason, will result in a minimum £25 refund deduction to cover the return cost, depending on the product & couriers used.
Due to strict terms by the couriers used, deliveries must be checked within a 24 hour period from receipt and any damages notified immediately to us with images by email. We are unable to claim from the couriers after 48 hours of delivery has lapsed. Please help us keep costs down!
Unfortunately, the charges for all delivery services are only applicable to deliveries in England as shown on the below map. Areas not included within the couriers UK Mainland area include all areas of Ireland, Scotland, The Isle of Wight, The Channel Islands. This is, unfortunately, the couriers choice of area. If your area region is not shown it may be the delivery is not possible under standard charges to your area. Please call the team for help on these areas, please do not choose an alternative area as this may delay your order.
If you require a quote for international delivery or are not sure if your area is covered, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail or phone. (9-4 Mon-Sat) 01205 760462. We do not make a profit on these delivery services and would always give you the best price possible.
Please also note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays or the weekends and so your delivery may be temporarily delayed, please bear this in mind while placing an order.
Please note that any delivery service is not guaranteed and requires a third party courier and even though we strive to deliver when stated, unfortunately, delays may occur.
Please check your goods upon receipt & within 24 hours for any defects or damage. Advice us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours so claims can be made if necessary to the couriers.

Item arrived damaged? Please notify us ideally within 24 hours as we have a very short time frame to be able to claim from our couriers. All claims for damaged products must be reported to us in writing within 30 days from receipt with the original packaging and with NO modifications to the product or accessories.
Please check the product is of a satisfactory quality & condition prior to any fitting is commenced, no returns will be accepted once products have been attempted, fitted or modified in any way including accessories and NO consequential loss or claims will be made or charged us if the product was fitted that was received damaged prior to installation.
We do not offer consequential loss on deliveries, damaged products or faulty goods.
