Eastcoast Kitchens & Bedrooms offer delivery choices for our customers. Wherever possible, we will try & dispatch immediately but as we distribute products on a "drop ship" basis & from various locations to enable a varied site, we may need to bring the items to one location before dispatch. Enabling more single deliveries for our customers. This also enables cost effective deliveries.

Economy £6.95 : Up to 7 working days. F.O.C On internet orders over £100.00

Express £8.95 : Up to 5 working days

Fast Delivery (Mon to Fri) £10.99 : 1-2 Working Days, if ordered prior to 12 noon. 

Granite Sinks : £18.00 1-2 Working Days, if ordered prior to 12 noon.

Ceramic sinks are available on our fast service, 1-2 working days from £66.00 (Pallet service) this is depending on location

Certain ceramic or granite sinks are delivered via our own transport to enable a safe & secure arrival. Delivery is only available to certain areas of England up to & including CA Carlisle Or NE Newcastle. Contact us for other areas. A two day service may be applicable on this service and delivery is once a week to each area. Please allow extra lead times when ordering. 

Ceramic sinks, larders or Kessebohmer products are very heavy and pallets may be selected by the couriers to safeguard against damages. Due to this special service, the delivery may only be attempted once and if no one is available to accept the delivery, a charge may be incurred. Please contact the team if you believe the date given for your delivery is not going to be convenient.

Delivery information

Any shipping fee includes handling, packing & postage costs per order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will then apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Certain products may not be available on a next working day service online. If you require a product quicker than stated online, please call the helpful team and we would be happy to obtain a quote for you if possible along with timed delivery options. 

Failed delivery owing to the customer's absence from the delivery address on two or more occasions or the order is rejected for whatever reason, may result in a deduction to cover the return cost, depending on the product & couriers used.

Due to strict terms by the couriers used, deliveries must be checked within a 24 hour period from receipt and any damages notified immediately to us with images by email. We are unable to claim from the couriers after 48 hours of delivery has lapsed. Please help us keep costs down! No claims for damages will be claimed for after 30 days. 

Schock sinks are only dispatched with acceptance that any damages will be claimed immediately upon receipt & emailed within 24 hours. These terms will require extra confirmation via email. 

Unfortunately, the charges for all delivery services are only applicable to deliveries in England as shown on the below map. Areas not included within the courier's UK Mainland area include all areas of Ireland, various locations in Scotland, The Isle of Wight, The Channel Islands. This is, unfortunately, the courier's choice of area & cost. If your region is not shown, it may be that the delivery is not possible under standard charges to your area. Please call the team for help on these areas, please do not choose an alternative area as this may delay your order.

Back orders placed are given as an estimation of delivery lead time. As delays do unfortunately occur we can not guarantee any dates given and offer the information in good faith. We will try to keep you up to date but if cancellation is required, please email prior to any dispatch and we will happily refund you. 

We accept no liability in respect of late or missed deliveries. We strongly recommend that fitters are not booked to commence work until the product is in your possession and checked in full.

If a safe place is requested for your delivery and the parcel is lost or stolen, we will not be responsible to replace. We are only responsible to delivery the goods in an acceptable condition to the address on the order or as requested in writing before dispatch. If the parcel is moved on after this initial address, we accept no liability for any damages that may then occur. We suggest the parcel is checked upon the initial receipt.

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver goods within the timescales quoted, time shall not be of essence in this regard.

Due to insurance purposes, no courier or third party are able to enter residential addresses. For larger items, a kerbside delivery may be required. 

Please also note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays or the weekends and so your delivery may be temporarily delayed, please bear this in mind while placing an order.

Please note that any delivery service is not guaranteed and requires a third party courier and even though we strive to deliver when stated, unfortunately, delays may occur.

Damaged Delivery

Please check your goods upon receipt & within 24 hours for any defects or damage. Advice us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours so claims can be made if necessary to the couriers.

Please forward an email to [email protected] with details & image. NO claims will be made after 30 days have lapsed from receipt of the goods.

Item arrived damaged? Please notify us ideally within 24 hours as we have a very short time frame to be able to claim from our couriers. All claims for damaged products MUST be reported to us in writing within 30 days from receipt with the original packaging and with NO modifications to the product or accessories.

Please check the product is of a satisfactory quality & condition prior to any fitting is commenced, no returns will be accepted once products have been attempted, fitted or modified in any way including accessories and NO consequential loss or claims will be made or charged to us if the product was fitted that was received damaged prior to installation.

We do not offer consequential loss on deliveries, damaged products or faulty goods.
