How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed via the internet any time. 

Product support Please call for product help on telephone number 01205 760462 between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday & 10am to 4pm Saturday. Email or use our chat function.  All products are generally sized for the external cabinet widths, suiting units made from 18mm thickness material.

No storage solutions will include the unit or door. 

Have a question? Email us your questions and one of our team will be happy to come back to you within 24 hours of our opening times. All prices quoted include VAT @ 20%. We are open to both retail public orders along with trade enquiries.

Payments We accept PayPal & debit/credit cards via DNA Payments online(no account is needed). Alternatively, email us and pro-forma invoices are available for bank transfer payments.

Once the order is placed and payment is received, we will confirm your order via email. This in turn then constitutes a contract between us and tout terms & conditions will apply.

How do I know my card details will be safe? East-coast Kitchens are registered with the Information Commissioner's office (ICO) Registration no. Z1900586 for the data protection act 1998. 

You can be assured your payment & personal details will remain safe with us.

EastCoast has also completed and passed the PCI DSS compliance so all records & data is stored correctly & safely for our customers.

How will I know when my order will be arriving? We email all of our customers once the product is ready for dispatch 24 hours before receipt. We will email you with a tracking number if available so you can keep an eye on your parcel. If your order is delayed for some reason we will, of course, keep you fully informed.

Delivery Services Our delivery service is only applicable to deliveries within Mainland England as shown on our courier map. Our economy delivery is charged at £6.95. We can offer an express standard delivery charge @ £8.95 and is based on a 3-5 working day service from the date of purchase. Our upgraded delivery service @ £10.99  is only applicable on certain products & only if the order is placed before 12 noon and this has an estimated receipt of 1-2 working days. 

We also offer an upgraded service on certain granite sinks @ £18.00 again this is for areas within England and does not apply to areas above or including Glasgow or Isles. 

Ceramic sink deliveries may be on a two-day service to keep costs to a minimum. A specific delivery date can be given on ceramic sinks but on a pallet cost of £66.00. This or any upgraded carriage service will not be refundable. 

All delivery charges are for deliveries within the UK mainland. We use reputable courier services or Royal mail. Any delivery service is an estimation and never guaranteed.

Certain ceramic material sinks are delivered via our supplier's own transport to enable a safe & secure arrival. Certain areas within England are not covered. Please check with the sales team to confirm for areas in Scotland or isles.

No upgraded or express services carriage charges are refundable. 

The standard courier will attempt a delivery twice, If a delivery is rejected for whatever reason a return carriage charge of £40 will be debited from the refund to cover the return cost. Failed delivery owing to the customer's absence from the delivery address will result in a £40 refund deduction.

Couriers Our couriers are not insured to enter residential properties, therefore please make sure someone is available to accept any parcels.

If no-one accepts the parcel the courier will leave a card. If the courier is not contacted to rearrange delivery within five days the parcel will be returned back to us. This in turn will incur a return carriage charge of £40.00, and additional surcharges may occur. These charges will be met by the customer and will be deducted from any refunds owed. If the delivery is still required a further carriage charge to redeliver will need to be paid by the customer. 

Ceramic or pallet/large product deliveries will only be attempted once. Please note that any delivery service is not guaranteed and requires a third party courier and even though we strive to deliver when stated, unfortunately delays may occur.

Damaged Goods We must be notified of damaged products within 24 hours as this is the time frame given by our couriers. Claims for damaged parcels may not be accepted after this period. 

Once your product has been received, please check all boxes/products for damage thoroughly & immediately. Then email us within 48 hours if a problem is found. Please do not store your item without first checking for any damage or that you have the correct products. Please email us with your order reference number, description of issue & images. 

Unless any complaints about the quality or quantity of the goods supplied are made in writing & received by us within this time frame, we shall deem that you have accepted the goods. No requests will be made after 30 days.

Returns Please see our full returns policy. We want all of our customers to be happy so to ensure a full refund on the product: Send the product back within the terms as shown on your documentation.

Returns are happily accepted but we must be notified via email within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, no return requests will be accepted over the phone or after 14 calendar days have lapsed. 

A return email with confirmation of the product returns address will be sent within 48 hours. Please DO NOT send goods back until this confirmation has been received. 

The product must be received in the original packaging & condition, with no modifications to the product or packaging, please do not write directly onto the outer box otherwise this will require replacement at a cost to the consumer. Any fixings should not be opened. This will result in a rejection of any refunds being processed. 

The consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us within the time scale. The return method is chosen & paid for by the consumer. Insurance is recommended to cover the purchase price against loss or damage. We will not be liable for damages or lost parcels that occur via third party couriers chosen by you.

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you for the product price received. We will not reimburse supplementary costs arising from a faster delivery option selected by the customer.

Refunds will be reduced or refused if the product is damaged, unsellable or defective from its original state. Including the original packaging. Customers have a duty of care to safeguard goods whilst in their possession. Please return as you would expect to receive. Any products that are returned damaged will be kept for a max period of 7 days before disposed of. 

Space towers & special orders are sold subject to each customer's specification & assembled accordingly - please see listing for terms of these made to order items which will be non-returnable.

We will aim to make the reimbursement within 14 working days after the date we receive the goods back from you, but this can take longer at busy periods. The payment will be made using the same means of payment for the initial transaction.

Warranty Guarantees or warranty claims need to be made via email with details of the issue. Please send with proof of purchase and images/video of such issues.  

A repair or replacement will always be offered and no refunds will be given after a product is more than 30 calendar days old. 

Manufacturers offer warranties based on their own specifications. Even though we will help you in claiming under such warranty, the decision on how items will be repaired will be that of the manufacturer. 

Certain manufacturers require products to be registered with them directly by the consumer to obtain such cover. We advise you to complete immediately as if this is not completed a standard 6 months will only be offered. 

Eastcoast can not be held liable for any consequential loss due to delayed deliveries, faulty products or fitting errors etc. We are retailers that will help our customers as much as possible but we are not technical plumbers or qualified engineers. Ceramic sinks, please make sure your plumber does not over tighten the waste as if cracks appear leading from the waste, this will not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. 

As there are many materials available, the product may not suit all variants and would therefore recommend checking. We do not warrant that any goods are fit for a specific purpose. All products are sold for residential homes and not for business or outside use. 

We ask that customers seek technical advice from a qualified installer prior to commencing installation. Returns will not be granted on products fitted to then to be found unsuitable or will not fit.
