UK sockets are IP20 rated and are manufactured in accordance with UK standards for households. Splash proof.
The sockets can be mounted in different ways into a 102mm hole in a surface with a maximum thickness of between 10 and 50mm. Complete with a two-year warranty
The charging port can be fully retracted into the worktop whilst a device is still plugged in. The rocking cover will be on a slight angle to allow any cable(s) from the trailing plug, which is inside the socket, to exit the unit. (See image above)

The Port unit is suitable for installation into worktops between 10-50mm. The EVOline port can be fully retracted into the worktop whilst a device is still plugged in.

UK sockets within EVOline units are either non fused or individually fused (see listing) at 3.15 amp or 5 amp.
For units being installed within a kitchen interior, the UK socket is non-fused so they can power higher loading devices such as kettles and toasters.
Units being installed in a commercial office will have individually fused sockets (3.15 amp or 5 amp) so the amount of power is limited to charging of mobiles, tablets, laptops or other small electrical devices only.
In all cases all units are fitted with a 13amp fuse within the power cable plug.
